The room was clean and comfy, but the size felt cramped with lack of basic amenities. Great location for exploring.

Spotless rooms with comfy beds, good value.

The rooms were quiet and bright with an ironing set, an electronic key card and television. Location: the hotel was close enough to metro shops and the pub. It was just close to Dom Black Lisboa, where you can have lunch.

The location is quite convenient for public transport.

I found the room small and cramped. The lack of basic amenities like a kettle or fridge. I was charged extra for luggage storage.

I must comment on its central location - it was magnificent!

the place was fairly clean and convenient, had gentle and amicable staff on the reception desk. the location turned out to be favourable, close to touristic attractions such as santa justa lift, rossio square, the centre of lisbon and old town and the airport. furthermore, right next to bus stop. this hotel met standard in every way, can recommend.

A hidden gem with super clean rooms and a great location! The friendly staff made every day enjoyable, and the bed was comfortable, perfect for resting after exploring nearby attractions.

The spacious corner room had a large shower and zero street noise. The staff were helpful, allowing me to store my luggage for free. Great location close to the metro. A very comfy experience 😊

great location but small room

The location is really great, perfect for exploring the city! I enjoyed the fine city view from my room and the coffee place next door was convenient for quick refreshments.

The bed was super comfy, definitely a highlight of the stay. The room was clean and modern, but there was no wardrobe-just a shelf with four hangers. There was a little coffee machine, but it's chargeable and the coffee wasn't great. I liked how close it was to the metro, though! The room was decent for a quick visit.

The location was fantastic for my family of four, with ample shopping and amazing restaurants just steps away. The room was super tidy, and we appreciated the daily servicing. We especially enjoyed exploring the nearby tree-lined boulevards.

My wife says that the lack of basic amenities like a fridge for kids' snacks was disappointing.

It was just a nice choice for a weekend stopover in Lisbon with great value. The staff were helpful when I needed directions to nearby sites. Make sure to try the local pastries at the café just down the street.

Staying here was great because it was a short walk to the fancy streets of Lisbon, like those where Gucci and Armani are located. I loved that they had a café next door offering a delicious breakfast with fresh orange juice, coffee, and bread with ham and cheese, all for a good price. The cleaning staff was impressive as they changed towels and tidied up the room daily without being asked.
